Simon is a Director & Senior Partner at TM Partners, having joined the firm in January 2023.

Before TM Partners, Simon spent 15 years immersed in the resources and mining sector, contributing to various global publications and news outlets with a focus on mining content. His extensive experience across Africa, APAC, Europe, and the Americas has equipped him with deep industry insights and a robust network within the global mining community, which will play a key role in driving TM Partners' growth.

Simon has also worked with leading blue-chip companies, including General Electric, Viacom, and News Corp, bringing a wealth of corporate experience to his role. Based in London, Simon plays a vital role in shaping TM Partners' international presence.

Emma is the Head of Executive Search at TM Partners, having joined the firm in June 2021.

Following her graduation in 2015, Emma began her career at First Quantum Minerals in Africa, where she focused on recruiting expatriate professionals for the company’s Zambian operations. Her expertise includes working with senior executives and conducting leadership assessments and due diligence within the mining and resources sector.

Based in Dubai, Emma brings a global perspective and deep industry knowledge to her role, ensuring TM Partners continues to deliver high-quality executive search services.

Sheay is our Senior Researcher at TM Partners, having joined the firm in August 2022.

She brings a wealth of experience in mining and industrial search mandates across Africa. Before joining TM Partners, Sheay spent seven years as a Senior Research Associate at Woodburn Mann in Johannesburg, later transitioning into the independent executive search space, where she focused on financial services and banking mandates.

Sheay holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Stellenbosch and a Postgraduate Honours in Business Management from the University of South Africa.
