• Provide technical leadership across the group’s mining and processing operations, driving consistent operational performance and technical excellence across multiple assets.
• Develop and implement group wide technical and metallurgical strategies to optimise operational performance, maximise metal recoveries, and improve overall asset productivity.
• Deliver technical governance and expert support to site-based processing teams, identifying improvement opportunities and resolving complex metallurgical challenges.
